Glitter time!

Do you remeber when I showed you Impala Na Mira 3D? Well, I decided to do a little bit of stamping. I ordered some random super cheap plates on the Internet, and I used them. For the stamp I used my all time favorite Konad White. I used my lightbox this time to take the pictures, so this polish looks a little bit different, but it is awesome, I am so sad because I am close to finishig it, I wish the bottle was a little bit bigger.

¿Os acordáis del día que os enseñé Impala Na Mira 3D? Decidí estamparlo hace poco. Usé unos platos que encontré baratísimos en Internet para los dibujos, con Konad White. Esta vez utilicé mi caja de luz y el esmalte se ve diferente, pero sigue siendo increíble. Siempre será uno de mis favoritos, me da mucha pena que esté a punto de acabarse, ojalá la botella fuera un poco más grande.

Valentine's mani!

I am part of a Spanish Bloggers Facebook page, and we are doing a challenge right now. We have to something Valentine's related , it can be anything. Of course, I did a mani. Here you can see Wet n Wild Dreamy Poppy, stamped with  Konad White and one of the PUEEN plates. What do you think? For some of the pictures I used a painting my boyfriend gave me a long time ago, after all, we are talking about Valentine's day!

Soy parte del grupo de Facebook Blogueras en Español, y estamos haciendo una pequeña competición. Tenemos que creas algo relacionado con San Valentín, por supuesto yo escogí una manicura. Para hacerla usé Wet n Wild Dreamy Poppy, y lo estampé con Konad White y una de las placas de PUEEN. ¿Qué te parece? En algunas fotos he utilizado un dibujo que me hizo mi novio hace bastante tiempo como fondo, porque al fin y al cabo, ¡estamos hablando de San Valentín!

Aztec love

Do you like aztec prints? I sure do, and I tried to freehand a few designs some time ago, but in the third Bundle Monster set there was a perfect stamp. For this mani I I used two coats of OPI Do You Lilac It? and Konad White with the plate BM-315.

¿Os gusta este tipo de estampados? A mí me encantan, hace tiempo hice un par de diseños a mano, pero en el tercer set de Bundle Monster estaba la placa perfecta para este estilo. Para esta manicura utilicé OPI Do You Lilac It? y Konad White con la placa BM-315. 

Chevron

Chevron pattern in everywhere now, and now it is on my nails. For this mani I used Kiko 356 and then I stamped it with Konad White and the plate PUEEN03. There is not much left to say, so I am going to let you see my nails!

La estampado chevron está ahora en todos sitios, y mis uñas no iban a ser menos. Para esta manicura usé Kiko 356 y lo estampé con Konad White y el plato PUEEN03. No tengo mucho más que contar, así que os voy a dejar ver mi uñas. 

Flowers, flowers, flowers

A month ago more or less I got a set of platers from Aliexpress. There are super cheap, and they have some cute images. The only problem is that they took forever to arrive, but I am really patient. They stamp wonderfully. Here is the first mani I did. I used OPI If You Moust You Moust, Konad White and the plate QA27.

Hace un mes más o menos recibí unos platos de Aliexpress. Son muy baratos, y tienen unos diseños muy bonitos. El único problema es que tardaron muchísimo tiempo en llegar, pero soy muy paciente. Para mi primer diseño utilicé OPI If You Moust You Moust, Konad White y el plato QA27.

NYE nails!

On New Year's Eve I wore a beautiful blue dress, and I had to do matching nails. I used the famous Nails Inc. Baker Street as my base, and then I used a plate from the 3rd set of Bundle Monster and Konad White. I don't have my lightbox with me, and the sun is not colaborating a lot, so the pictures are not as good as usually.

La noche de Nochevieja llevé un vestido azul, e hice unas uñas a juego. Utilicé el famoso Nails Inc. Baker Street y Konad White y un plato del tercer set de Bundle Monster para los dibujitos. No tengo mi caja de luz conmigo, y el sol no ha salido mucho por aquí, así que las fotos no se ven tan bien como siempre.

Oh Oh Oh Challenge - Snow

Do like when it snows? I hate it, but everything looks very beautiful afterwards! To do this mani I used Milani Cyberspace, a blue holographic polish that I got on sale for $1.34! They are not as holographic as other polishes out there, but it is pretty. Then I sponged Sally Hansen White On on my tips and I finally stamped it with Konad White.

¿Te gusta cuando nieva? A mí no me hace mucha gracia, pero todo queda muy bonito después. Para esta manicura utilicé Milani Cyberspace, un esmalte azul holográfico. El efecto no es tan fuerte como el de otros esmaltes en el mercado, pero es bonito. Luego utilicé una esponja y Sally Hancem White On en las puntas de mis uñas. Por último estampé los copos de nieve con Konad White.

Book

I missed one of the days of the Esmatofílicas Challenge, I had a crazy week! But I am going to continue with it. Today we had to do something inspired by a book, and I chose Songs For Paula, a Spanish book written by Blue Jeans. I inspired it in the cover of the book, which is read with a heart. I used Passe Nati Confidente as my base color, and then I used Konad White and a lot of different heart shaped stamps. I didn't add topcoat because it doesn't get well with Confidente, but I hope I can wear this mani for a few days, I really don't have time change it! I hope you have a great week!

Me salté un día del reto, la semana pasada fue una locura con deberes, exámenes, trabajo... Pero voy a continuar con él. Hoy la manicura tenía que ser inspirada en un libro, y he escogido Canciones Para Paula de Blue Jeans. He recreado la portada del libro, que es roja con un corazón. Para ello utilicé Passe Nati Confidente y Konad Blanco y todos los sellos con formas de corazón que encontré. No puse top coat porque no se suele llevar bien con Confidente, pero espero que esta manicura me dure unos días ¡No tengo tiempo de cambiarla! ¡Espero que tengáis una buena semana!

Fashion nails

Third day of the challenge, and I am on time! It was about fashion, and I was completely lost, because I already had to do a mani in the 31 days challenge about this and it was not easy, but Google helped me! I typed Agatha Ruiz de la Prada (a Spanish designer) and a very special dress came up. I decided to paint each nail as one of the layers of the dress. I used OPI If You Moust You Moust, Wet n Wild Dreamy Poppy, Julep Morgan and Julep Claire. Then I used RA-10 and Konad White to do the heart. For the stripes I used acrylic paint and a stripping brush.

¡Tercer día del reto y por fin lo hago a tiempo! Hoy era sobre moda, y estaba totalmente perdida. Ya tuve que hacer una manicura así para el reto de los 31 días y no fue fácil, pero Google me ayudó. Busqué fotos de vestidos de Agatha Ruiz de la Prada (una diseñadora española) y me llamó mucho la atención este vestido, así que decidí que cada uñas fuera una de sus capas. Utilicé OPI If You Moust You Moust, Wet n Wild Dreamy Poppy, Julep Morgan y Julep Claire. Luego lo estampé con el plato RA-10 y Konad White para hacer el corazón. Para las rayas usé pintura acrílica y un pincel especial para hacer líneas.

French tips

I am not a big fan of French tips, mainly because I am never able to center them, but today's challenge at Adventures in Stamping was French tips, and I had to participate! I first put two coats of Barry M Denim (I love it!) and then I added the tips using my XL stamper (I got it last week, and stamping is so much easier), Konad White and BM-325. I removed it really quickly because I don't like this type of design, but I am very proud of myself because I was able to center them!

Let someone else choose

Today, the Sunday Challenge in Adventures in Stamping was to let someone else choose a stamp for your mani, so I let my boyfriend decide and he did a great job! He chose BM-314 and Konad White for the stamp and a red polish as a base, OPI The Color Of Minnie. He knew I would love it! Also, I just got a XL stamper and I don't how I lived without it, it makes stamping so much easier and in my opinion it works better that the Konad one. I hope you all enjoy the last hours of the weekend.

Candy timeee!

Classes started again, I am back to the routine, homework, meetings, long days... But I refused to let my nails fall into the routine and be boring... So I stamped candy on them! I used Hits Afrodite, which a very beautiful pink holographic polish. I made a mistake, I added Poshé top coat and the holo effect disappeared, lesson learned! I usually use Seche Vite and the holo effect is always very strong, I will have to see what happens next time. Then I added BM-306 with Konad White. I hope you like it!

Day 23 - Inspired by a movie

I chose Cinderella as my theme for today. I found the perfect stamp on the second set of Bundle Monster: BM-213. I used Kiko 336 as my base color, then I added the high heels stamp (BM-213) and the crown (BM-08) with Konad White. Becase Cinderella was blonde I decided to place some gold glitter that I got in Brazil a few months ago. It is the first time I used it, and it was pretty easy to apply, so I will try new combinations once the challenge is over.

Day 15 - Delicate print

I really don't know if what I did is delicate print, but I think it looks really cute, and I could use a Kiko nail polish that I was looking forward to wearing! I said a few posts ago that I didn't like the application of Kiko polishes, but I was using a different base coat. Today I used my normal one from Essie and I can clearly say that I really like them! I just needed one coat of Kiko 336 and the application was pretty easy. Then I stamped it with Konad White and BM-201. Today it was really cloudy, so I couldn't take pictures outside as I normally do, so I made my own lightbox, I hope I can improve my photos with a little more practice.

Day 13 - Animal Print

I've never done animal print nails, but I am so happy I was "forced " to try it because of the challenge. I used two coats of Priscilla Momento Penelope, a very bright neon pink. My friends loved it the day the saw it and I ended up painting many of their nails with this one, but they chose another stamps, mainly polka dots. I used BM-223 and Konad White polish to do the zebra print.

Day 5 - Blue

Blue is the theme for today. I used Sabrina Sato Dancers and I stamped it with Konad White and the stamping plate BM-19. It is very simple, but I really like that stamp, so I was very pleased with the final result. The only problem is that it is part of the first set, so it doesn't cover my thumb. We only have two more days with solid colors, this is going to get much harder, but we are going to do it!

Day 4 - Green

Green is not one of my favorite colors, but I am really happy on how this manicure turned out. I used a beautiful nail polish: Top Shop Eclipse, a polish that shifts from gold to green and blue. I really liked the application, and it looked so cool. I stamped it with Konad White and BM-212. Finally I added a few dots with a black nail art pen. Do you like the final result? I was really happy!

Patagonia nails

I finally managed to edit some photos and I got some free time, so I can write a post. Today I want to show you some especial pictures. I took them during my summer vacations in Argentina. What you see in the back of my nails is a glacier! They were taken in Patagonia, and this glacier is called Perito Moreno. For this mani I used Impala Cremoso Inocense, a very beautiful lavender, but I needed four coats to make it opaque. Then I stamped using Konad White (I finally got a few ones, I really wanted to have some good quality stamping polish) using Bundle Monster BM-14. Finally, I added a coat of Essie Matte About You (I don't know why, but the polish of my nail tips disappeared over time) and I really liked the final result. It looks more like a Christmas mani, but in Patagonia it was winter, so totally appropriate! Do you like to do themed manis? I hope you have a great weekend!

Por fin he conseguido pasar todas mis fotos al ordenador y he podido editarlas. Hoy os voy a enseñar una manicura muy especial para mí. La hice mientras estaba de vacaciones en Argentina, en este caso en la Patagonia. Estas fotos están hechas en el glaciar Perito Moreno. ¿No os parece alucinante? Para esta manicura utilicé Impala Cremoso Inocense, es un lavanda muy bonito, pero necesité cuatro capas para hacerlo completamente opaco. Luego lo estampé con Konad Blanco (por fin he conseguido algunos esmaltes para estampar en condiciones) y el plato Bundle Monster BM-14. Finalmente, añadí una capa de Essie Matte About You (que hizo que el esmalte de las puntas de mis uñas desapareciera un poco con el tiempo) y quedé muy contenta con el resultado final. Parece una manicura más apropiada para Navidades, pero en la Patagonia era invierno, así que genial. ¿Os gustan las manicuras temáticas? Espero que tengáis un fin de semana genial.
