Max Factor Fantasy Fire

Today I want to show you a very special nail polish: Max Factor Fantasy Fire! It is a dupe from Clarins 230, which is very expensive. This one is a cheap alternative and I believe it is stunning, I don't think I will ever think about buying Clarins 230. The only problem is that the bottle is really small, but that makes it even more special! I tried to wear it alone, but when I applied one coat in one finger I realized that I was going to need a lot of coats to make it opaque, and I really didn't want to use that much. I decided to apply one coat of China Glaze Black Leather and then two of Fantasy Fire, and the result is awesome! I couldn't change my mani for a lot of days, it was too beautiful! Hoy os quiero enseñar un esmalte muy especial: ¡Max Factor Fantasy Fire! Es una copia de Clarins 230, que es carísimo. Este esmalte es una alternative barata, pero que creo que es impresionante, nunca necesitaré comprar el de Clarins. El único problema es que la botella es muy pequeña, pero eso lo hace aún más especial. Intenté llevarlo solo, pero cuando di la primera capa en un dedo comprendí que iba a necesitar muchas para hacerlo completamente opaco, y no estaba por la labor de usar mucho, así que finalmente puse dos capas de Fantasy Fire sobre una de China Glaze Black Leather. El resultado final es increíble, estuve durante cuatro días contemplando mis uñas y sin querer cambiarlas. ¿Qué piensas sobre las copias? ¿Comprarías Clarins 230 si ya tuvieras Fantasy Fire? Essence Choose Me and white triangle

Today I have a quick post. I really liked how Essence Choose Me looked on matte, but it chipped really quick. Although, I wasn't sure to change my mani, so I just added a little white triangle to cover the chipped parts. I did it using tape and China Glaze White On White. That way I was able to wear it for one more day. Tomorrow I will show you a pink and white mani that I just finished and that I love!

Hoy os voy a enseñar una pequeña modificación de la manicura de ayer. Me encantó como Essence Choose Me quedó en mate, pero las puntas se saltaron en un solo día. Aun así no estaba preparada para cambiar de color, por lo que decidí tapar las partes saltadas con un pequeño triángulo en blanco. Para hacerlo utilicé China Glaze White On White y celo. Con este pequeño apaño pude llevar este bonito color durante un día más. Para mañana tengo preparada una manicura en rosa y blanco que acabo de terminar y me encanta.

Clouds by Nailside

I found on Nailside an amazing tutorial to freehand clouds. I thought it was going to be much more difficult, but I am really happy with the final result. Are you going to try them? I used Spoiled Club Rat, Spoiled Daddy's Credit Card and China Glaze Liquid Leather.

It was one of my very first manicures, so my clean up is a disaster. I will soon post an improved version.

Encontré en el blog Nailside un tutorial increíble para hacer nubes a mano. Pensaba que iba a ser muchísimo más difícil, pero estoy muy contenta con el resultado final en el primer intento. ¿Vais a intentar hacerlas? Para hacer esta manicura utilicé Spoiled Club Rat, Spoiled Daddy's Credit Card y China Glaze Liquid Leather.

Está fue una de mis primeras manicuras, por lo que no sabía aún limpiar las cutículas bien. Espero poder enseñaros pronto una versión mejorada.

For Audrey tape mani

Today I have a really old manicure I did a few months ago. I only have one picture, but I hope you can admire it. I used China Glaze For Audrey and Spoiled Daddy's Credit Card (which is a brand from CVS). I did the little triangle using tape, it was one of my first tape manis, and it was pretty easy, but you need to wait a long time before placing the tape or you will ruin your base. I hope you like and I would really appreciate if you could comment and let me know what do you think of this mani and the entire blog, I really want to get some feedback! Have a great day!

Hoy os voy a enseñar una manicura que hice hace unos meses. Tan solo tengo una foto, pero espero que podáis entender cómo es el diseño. Utilicé China Flaze For Audrey y Spolied Daddy's Credit Card (que es una marca de un supermercado estadounidense llamado CVS). Hice el pequeño triángulo utilizando celo, y aunque era una de las primeras veces que utilizaba esta técnica, fue bastante fácil hacerlo. Lo único es que hay que ser paciente antes de poner el celo, ya que que si la base no está seca puedes arruinar tu manicura. Me encantaría que me dejarais algunos comentarios con vuestras opiniones tanto sobre este diseño como del blog, así puedo mejorar. ¡Espero que tengáis un buen día!

Black and gold gradient

I really enjoy doing gradients, and I recently saw somewhere (EDIT: at The Nailasaurus) a black and gold gradient and I decided to do it. I used China Glaze Liquid Leather and China Glaze Champagne Bubbles. I think they look beautiful and elegant together, this manicure is perfect for a party. I took the pictures on an rainy day, so they are not great, I am sorry about that.

Me lo paso genial haciendo gradientes en las uñas y recientemente vi en algún sitio (EDITO: en The Nailasaurus) uno usando negro y dorado y decidí hacerlo. Usé China Glaze Glaze Liquid Leather y China Glaze Champagne Bubbles. Me parece que combinan genial esos dos colores y que el resultado es una manicura muy elegante que quedaría genial para una fiesta. Hice las fotos en un día nublado, por lo que no había mucha luz y no se ve muy bien.

Neon butterflies

I wanted to do a happy manicure, so I decided to use China Glaze Orange Knockout (neon) and I stamped it with Wet n Wild Black Creme and Bundle Monster BM-205. It was really colorful and after putting a top coat it was really shiny. However, I was not really happy with the color combination and I changed it the next day, but I am definitely going to use this beautiful butterflies again soon.

Quería hacer una manicura alegre, así que decidí usar China Glaze Orange Knockout (neon) y lo estampé con Wet n Wild Black Creme y el plato BM-205 de Bundle Monster. El resultado fue una manicura muy colorida y tras añadir una capa de Seche Vite también era muy brillante. Pero no me convenció mucho la combinación de colores, así que al día siguiente la cambié, aunque el dibujo de las mariposas me encanta y lo volveré a usar pronto.

Gold touch

This is one of my favorite combinations ever, Tiffany blue and gold. I am a huge fan of the nail Polish China Glaze For Audrey, and I decided to complement it with a few lines in gold. I wanted to do a tape mani, but I modified it a little bit. Instead of putting the tape on my nails and then remove it, I directly painted the tape with China Glaze Champagne Bubbles, cut it (using crafting scissors from Amazon)  and put it on my nails. I learned that trick at The Beauty Department. Finally I put a top coat (Seche Vite) and tachan... this is the result! I wore it for 4 days and it looked great until the end. This is definitely something I will do more often, it really easy and it looks so classy :)

¡Hola a todos! Esta combinación es una de mis favoritas, azul Tifanny y dorado. Soy una gran fan del esmalte China Glaze For Audrey y decidí complementarlo con unas líneas doradas. Para lograr este resultado usé celo. Primero lo pinté con el esmalte China Glaze Champagne Bubbles y luego corté unas finas tiras con unas tijeras de manualidades y las pegué en mis uñas. Luego puse una capa superior de secado rápido Seche Vite y tachán... este es el resultado. Este truco lo aprendí en el blog The Beauty Department. Esto es algo que haré muchas más veces porque estoy muy contenta con el resultado, me parece una manicura muy fácil y elegante :)
